
The IQA Training aims to equip the participants with knowledge on performing internal QMS audits based on ISO 19011:2018 through discussions and audit exercises.

- Define terms specific to auditing and related auditing principles
- Explain the risk-based approach to determining and evaluating audit program risks and opportunities
- Determine how to establish and manage an audit program, draft the documentation needed, and determine the risk and opportunity in the program

- Describe the need for a competence model for the selection and evaluation of auditors

Examination Details
Candidates will be assessed by the following method:
- Online written examination: This will be at the end of the course.
- Duration of the written exam is 60 minutes.
- Minimum passing criteria is 70%.
Certification
- Candidate who scores 70% and above in the written examination will be issued a S & BP certificate.
- Unsuccessful candidates will be issued a certificate of attendance and a free exam retake.
