Learning Objectives
- Understand the fundamental concepts of Nigeria data protection and privacy.
- Identify and interpret the key requirements and provisions of the NDPR and NDPA.
- Apply data protection principles and compliance strategies within their organizations.
- Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures.
- Conduct data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about data protection issues.
- Address data breaches and manage data subject access requests (DSARs).
- Perform the duties of a Data.
Examination Details
- Candidates will be assessed by the following method:
- Multiple-choice type questions: This will be at the end of the course.
- Candidates will be proctored during their examinations.
- The duration of the written exam is 120 minutes .
- Minimum passing criteria is 70% in the online examination.
Certification
- Candidates who scores 70% and above in the written examination will be issued an SandBP certificate.
- In case you do not meet the pass mark, you can retake the exam for FREE after the first attempt .
