Learning Objectives

• Recognize how to extend an ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS to include specific requirements for protecting your PII and implementing a PIMS (addressing both information security and privacy protection)
• Identify where adjustments might need to be made to your ISMS to accommodate your situation and progress made to date, in respect of protecting privacy
• Increase your knowledge of the requirements and guidance contained within ISO 27701, from an implementation perspective..
• Master the concepts, approaches, methods and techniques used for the implementation and effective management of a PIMS.

Examination Details

• Candidates will be assessed by the following method:
  • Multiple-choice type questions: This will be at the end of the course.
  • Candidates will be proctored during their examinations.
• The duration of the written exam is 120 mins (2hrs).
• Minimum passing criteria is 70% in the online examination.

Certification

• Candidates who scores 70% and above in the written examination will be issued an accredited SandBP certificate.
• In case you do not meet the pass mark, you can retake the exam for FREE after the first attempt while subsequent retakes would come at a cost.
