Learning Objectives
- Understand the fundamentals of measuring and managing Customer Satisfaction and compliant management.
- Acknowledge the correlation between ISO 10002 and other standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Understand the approaches, methods and techniques used for the effective management of Customer Satisfaction and Complaint.
Examination Details
- Candidates will be assessed by the following method:
- Multiple-choice type questions: This will be at the end of the course.
- Candidates will be proctored during their examinations.
- The duration of the exam is 60 mins (1hr).
- Minimum passing criteria is 70% in the online examination.
Certification
- Candidates who scores 70% and above in the written examination will be issued an accredited SandBP certificate.
- In case you do not meet the pass mark, you can retake the exam for FREE after the first attempt .
