Learning Objectives
- Understanding QMS Standards and Frameworks: Gain a comprehensive knowledge of QMS standards and frameworks including their requirements, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
- Audit Planning and Preparation: Develop skills in planning and preparing for QMS Audit, including defining audit scope, objectives, criteria, and methodologies, as well as identifying and selecting audit team members.
- Audit Execution and Reporting: Master the techniques and methodologies for conducting QMS Audit, including effectively gathering and evaluating audit evidence, conducting interviews, and documenting audit findings. Learn to prepare accurate and comprehensive audit reports that communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations effectively.
- Continuous Improvement and Audit Follow-up: Develop skills in supporting continuous improvement efforts within an organization’s QMS, including identifying opportunities for enhancement based on audit findings and recommendations. Learn to facilitate follow-up activities to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
Examination Details
- Candidates will be assessed by the following method:
- Multiple-choice type questions: This will be at the end of the course.
- Candidates will be proctored during their examinations.
- The duration of the written exam is 120 minutes (2hrs).
- Minimum passing criteria is 70% in the online examination.
Certification
- Candidates who scores 70% and above in the written examination will be issued an SandBP certificate.
- In case you do not meet the pass mark, you can retake the exam for FREE after the first attempt while subsequent retakes would come at a cost.
