Learning Objectives
- Comprehensive Understanding of ISO 9001: Gain a thorough understanding of the ISO 9001 standard, its history, evolution, and significance in Quality management.
- Ability to Implement a QMS: Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) by ISO 9001 requirements.
- Competence in Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Learn to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct internal audits, and identify opportunities for continual improvement within the QMS.
- Preparation for ISO 9001 Certification: Prepare for ISO 9001 certification by understanding the certification process, selecting a certification body, and effectively preparing for certification audits.
Examination Details
- Candidates will be assessed by the following method:
- Multiple-choice type questions: This will be at the end of the course.
- Candidates will be proctored during their examinations.
- The duration of the written exam is 120 mins (2hrs) for Lead Implementer.
- Minimum passing criteria is 70% in the online examination.
Certification
- Candidates who scores 70% and above in the written examination will be issued an accredited SandBP certificate.
- In case you do not meet the pass mark, you can retake the exam for FREE after the first attempt while subsequent retakes would come at a cost.
